Lumera Diamonds accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Bank Wire. Financing through PayPal Credit is available on PayPal purchases (subject to credit approval).

About PayPal

PayPal is a third party payment provider that allows you to:

  • Pay for your purchase using multiple funding sources (such as checking account, credit card, and your PayPal balance).
  • Make payments without sharing your financial information (such as credit card number) with anyone (such as Lumera) other than PayPal itself.
  • Shop securely, since PayPal monitors your account to protect you from fraudulent activity.

Using PayPal

To use PayPal for your Lumera Diamond purchase, simply click the yellow PayPal button in the shopping bag when you are ready to checkout. You will be directed to your PayPal account log-in (or be given the option to create an account if you are new to PayPal).

Once logged in, you will select your payment options and consent to having Lumera charge your PayPal account for the amount of your purchase. You will then be directed back to Lumera Diamonds to complete your order.

You will receive an order confirmation number and email just as you would if paying by credit card.

Bank Wire

A bank wire is an immediate transfer of funds, initiated by you, from your bank account to Lumera's. A bank wire eliminates the transaction charges imposed on the merchant by the credit card issuer or paypal. This savings is passed directly to you in the form of a 2.5% price discount.

Please Note: Some financial institutions charge a small fee (usually under $20) for initiating a bank wire. Paying by bank wire also requires that you have sufficient funds on deposit with your bank to cover your purchase. An ACH transfer is not the same as a wire transfer. ACH transfers are not accepted at this time.

If you would like to pay by bank wire, simply send an email to [email protected]. Please include a link to the page containing the item you would like to purchase, or include the item number. Within 4 business hours, you will receive complete instructions for completing the bank wire transaction. In most cases, a bank wire does not delay the delivery date for an item.
